Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

If you purchased a key from an official reseller (not directly from this website), the seller may request the cancellation or banning of that key. We reserve the right to comply with such requests. Additionally, we may ban any account without providing a specific reason. Under no circumstances will an unban be granted without a valid justification, and we are not obligated to provide one.
Any request for key cancellation or account ban must be submitted by the original seller through official channels. End-users cannot request cancellation or ban of keys directly.
If any of the services provided through KeyMaster (including but not limited to streaming platforms, credential generation, or third-party integrations) stop functioning, become unavailable, or are interrupted for any reason, no refund or replacement will be issued. This includes, without limitation, technical issues, changes made by third-party providers, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
We do not guarantee the continuous availability or functionality of any third-party service. Users acknowledge that they use such services at their own risk.
The use of temporary or disposable email addresses is strictly prohibited. All users must register with a valid, permanent email address that can receive communications from KeyMaster. We reserve the right to verify the validity of any email address provided.
If we detect that a temporary email address has been used during registration or at any time during your use of the Service, we may immediately suspend or permanently ban your account. In such cases, all keys redeemed on that account will be permanently lost without possibility of recovery.
We expect all users to treat our staff and support team with respect. Any form of harassment, abusive language, insults, threats, or offensive behavior directed at KeyMaster staff or the platform itself—whether via support tickets, chat, or any other communication channel—will result in immediate and permanent account suspension without prior warning.
In such cases, the account will be permanently banned and all keys redeemed on that account will be forfeited. No exceptions will be made, and no refunds will be issued for any keys or services lost due to such behavior.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KeyMaster is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KeyMaster regarding your use of the Service. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
